I've been working on this for few months, making almost all the images from scratch. New toolbar, startpanel, buttons, tabs , scrollbars exc. Added 4 new shell animations and many tweaks and fixes. It's a totally new WB, hope you'll love it. Comments are welcome, enjoY!

Sorry for late reply, to apply the theme you need Windowblinds to be installed, then just doubleclick the file and a pop-up tooltip will appear on the taskbar, click it and the theme will be installed.
